3. Order Issues
If you experience any issue with your order (such as product defects or discrepancies), please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. 360 degree Unboxing video without break from the inception of the package, unpacking and until the defect is clearly visible is compulsory . No claims will be entertained without the video.
We will review the concern and provide a suitable resolution, which may include replacement, correction, or adjustment in future orders.
