At Vijaylakshmi Creation, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality women’s apparel through our online and dropshipping services. Since all our products are processed on order, we follow the return policy below.


1. No Returns Accepted

We do not accept returns for any orders unless there is a genuine issue attributable to us or our vendor.

We urge customers to carefully review product details, size charts, and images before placing an order.


2. Return Eligibility (Exceptional Cases Only)

A return may be considered only in the following rare circumstances:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product delivered is damaged
  • The product has a major defect

Note: Minor color or design variations due to screen resolution, lighting, or vendor differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.


3. Reporting a Return Issue

If you believe your order qualifies for a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Product images/videos showing the issue
    • Description of the problem

4. Return Approval

Once you submit your request:

  • Our team will review the evidence
  • If approved, you will be guided on return instructions
  • If not approved, the order remains final (no return)

Approval is at the sole discretion of Vijaylakshmi Creation.


5. Return Shipping

  • In approved cases, customers may need to send the product back to the address provided.
  • Return shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is from our side.

6. Refunds for Approved Returns

We do not provide direct refunds.
Instead, any approved amount after inspection will be:

7. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • On-order items (all our products)
  • Used, worn, or washed products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items altered by the customer
